数字化视域下职业院校参与社区教育的实践模式探析——以顺德职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：数字化视域下,职业院校在参与社区教育过程中机遇与挑战并存。通过调研顺德职业职业技术学院参与社区教育过程中管理体制、运行机制、资源整合、师资配置、数字化建设等方面情况,分析政府、社区、职业院校三方协作存在的政策体系构建不够完善、资源整合力度不足、师资专业水平不高等现实困境,提出健全完善管理运行机制、构建数字化教学平台、赋能师资队伍建设等系统优化路径。From the digital education perspective,vocational colleges face both opportunities and challenges in participating in community education.This paper investigates the management system,operating mechanism,resource integration,faculty allocation,and digitalized educational system construction of Shunde Polytechnic,analyzes the current difficulties including inadequate policy system,insufficient resource integration,and inadequacy of professionals in the collaboration among the local government,community and vocational college.Based on the analysis above,the approach for systematic optimization is proposed,namely to improve the management operating mechanism,build a digital teaching platform and empower the construction of faculty.
