摘 要:近年来,学前教育义务化成为教育界讨论的重要话题,推进学前教育义务化也逐渐成为各国教育改革的重要趋势。在推进学前教育义务化的过程中,世界多个国家均采取了多项重要举措,具体包括:制定相关法律法规,确立学前教育的法定地位;明确各级政府的监管职责,确保教育质量和公平;增加对学前教育的财政投入,提供公共资金支持。文章通过梳理和比较相关国家学前教育的立法保障、职责分明、财政投入等举措,以期为我国深化学前教育改革,建立更加公平、高质量的学前教育体系提供参考借鉴。In recent years,the topic of making preschool education compulsory has gained significant attention in the education field.It has also become a prominent trend in education reforms worldwide.To promote compulsory preschool education,many countries have adopted several important measures.They have formulated relevant laws and regulations to establish the legal status of preschool education,and clarified the regulatory responsibilities of governments at different levels to ensure the quality and equity of education.Additionally,they has increased financial investment in preschool education through public funding.By analyzing and comparing these measures across different countries,the study aims to provide valuable insights for establishing a more equitable and high-quality preschool education system in our own country through advancing the preschool education reform.
