摘  要:以山东莱芜大姜秸秆为主要原料,通过水提法对姜秸秆进行成分提取,采用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪对姜秸秆及姜秸秆水提液的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明,姜秸秆中检测到80种挥发性成分,主要成分为石竹烯、β-蒎烯、香叶醇、α-法尼烯、月桂烯等;水提液中检测到77种挥发性成分,主要成分为石竹烯、2-壬酮、香叶醇、橙花醇、芳樟醇等。姜秸秆挥发性成分丰富,成本较低,可作为香料、香精及化妆品的加工产业原料,本研究将为莱芜姜秸秆的综合利用提供数据支持。Using Shandong Laiwu ginger straw as the main raw material,the components of ginger straw were extracted using water extraction method.The volatile components of ginger straw and its water extract were analyzed using headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that 80 volatile components were detected in ginger straw,with the main component being caryophylleneβ-Pinene,geraniolα-Farnesene,laurylene,etc.77 volatile components were detected in the water extract,among which the main components were caryophyllene,2-nonone,geraniol,nerol,linalool,etc.Therefore,ginger straw is rich in volatile components,with low cost,which can be used as raw materials for spice,essence and cosmetics processing industries,in order to provide data support for the comprehensive utilization of Laiwu ginger straw.
