摘 要:砷脂在海洋生物中含量丰富,饮食途径是人们暴露砷脂的主要来源。为初步判断砷脂摄入对小鼠的影响,本研究利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定3种砷脂(AsHC 332、AsHC 346和AsHC 374)摄入对小鼠砷蓄积以及对小鼠肝肾组织中钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、锰(Mn)、硒(Se)和铬(Cr)12种矿物元素水平变化情况。结果表明,3种砷脂摄入后均会在小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺和肾中出现砷蓄积,其中肾脏的砷蓄积作用最明显,肝脏次之。且3种砷脂摄入会显著改变肝脏中12种矿物元素水平变化和肾脏中7种矿物元素水平变化,尤其是Cu、Zn、Se等与抗氧化酶合成相关的元素的紊乱。本研究可初步判断3种砷脂的摄入会对小鼠的肝肾组织造成一定影响,可以为后续砷脂的毒理学相关内容提供实验基础,为海产品风险评估提供一定的数据支撑。Arsenolipids are abundant in marine organisms,and the dietary route may be the main source of arsenolipids exposure in people.To initially determine the effects of arsenolipids intake on mice,inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the effects of three arsenolipids(AsHC 332,AsHC 346 and AsHC 374)on arsenic accumulation in mice and on changes in the levels of 12 mineral elements,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe,Co,Ni,Mn,Se and Cr,in the liver and kidney tissues of mice.The results showed that arsenic accumulation occurred in the heart,liver,spleen,lung,and kidney of mice after the intake of the three arsenolipids,with the kidney having the most significant effect on arsenic accumulation,followed by the liver.In addition,the input of the three arsenolipids significantly changed the level of 12 mineral elements in the liver and 7 mineral elements in the kidney,especially the disorders of Cu,Zn,Se,and other elements related to antioxidant enzymes.This study can initially determine that the intake of three arsenolipids will cause specific effects on mice's liver and kidney tissues,which can provide an experimental basis for the subsequent toxicology-related contents of arsenolipids and provide specific experimental data for the risk assessment of seafood.
