摘 要:在电动按摩座椅中,通常使用直流电机驱动齿轮带动仿生机械手旋转,模拟各种按摩手势动作。但实施点法动作时,容易产生电机堵转以及长时间堵转损坏齿轮的问题。使用音圈电机直接驱动仿生机械手来实现点法动作,简化机械结构,与直流电机相比,具有响应快、推力大、可靠性高等特点。利用光耦和隔离运算放大器将音圈电机侧电路与控制器侧电路进行隔离,有效解决电机在调速过程中产生的电源干扰。基于反激式电源设计出三路不同电平的主功率电源,产生七级电平。根据用户选择的按摩模式和按摩力度,选择合适的电平用于驱动音圈电机,有效地降低电机电源的电压纹波和电流纹波。利用位置控制环、速度控制环和电流控制环三环实现音圈电机的闭环控制。根据音圈电机实现位移误差,利用模糊控制器来修正PID控制参数,使系统拥有更好的动态响应和控制精度。In electric massage seats,DC motor is usually used to drive gears to rotate the bionic manipulator,simulating various massage gestures.However,when implementing point method actions,it is easy to cause problems such as motor gridlock and long-term damage to gears.A voice coil motor is used to directly drive the bionic manipulator to achieve point method action and simplify the mechanical structure.Compared to a DC motor,voice coil motor has the characteristics of fast response,high thrust,and high reliability.Optocouplers and isolation operational amplifiers is used to isolate the voice coil motor side circuit from the controller side circuit to effectively solve the power interference generated by the motor during the speed regulation process.Three main power supplies with different levels are designed to generate seven levels based on flyback power supply.According to the massage mode and massage intensity selected by the user,an appropriate level is selected to drive the voice coil motor,effectively reducing the voltage ripple and current ripple of the motor power supply.The closed-loop control of the voice coil motor is achieved using position control loop,speed control loop,and current control loop.Based on the displacement error of the voice coil motor,a fuzzy controller is used to modify the PID control parameters,so that the system has better dynamic response and control precision.
