摘  要:响应“双万计划”建设,打造一流课程,“食品分析”结合人才培养方案,以立德树人为原则,以教书育人为根本,开展线上线下混合式教学模式的探索与改革,明确改革目标,完善改革内容,丰富改革途径。在改革过程中,创新理论、实验教学新模式,具有课程特色。通过线上线下混合式教学改革,课程教学效果明显提升,教师和学生两方面均取得一定成果,实现改革目标。In response to the construction of“Double Thousand Plan”and creating first-class courses,“Food Analysis”combined with talent training program,with moral education as the principle and teaching as the foundation,carries out the exploration and reform of online and offline mixed teaching mode,defines the reform objectives,improves the reform content,and enriches the reform approach.In the process of reform,the new model of theoretical and experimental teaching has been innovated,which has curriculum characteristics.Through the online and offline mixed teaching reform,the teaching effect of the course has been significantly improved,both teachers and students have made certain achievements,and the reform goal has been achieved.
