摘　　要：建构主义学习理论在教育领域中的应用使原有的教学理念、方法、模式都发生了翻天覆地的改变。近年来,中医外科肛肠学课程的教学现状仍然存在很多问题,因此,在多媒体化的学习环境中,笔者尝试将建构主义的学习理论应用于中医外科肛肠学的课程教学中,通过结合学科特点来构建特定情境、激发学生主动性及想象力,以求能提高教学质量,为临床输入更多的优秀人才。Application of constructivist learning theory in field of education has brought about tremendous changes in original teaching concepts,methods and models.In recent years,there are still many problems in teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery anorectal science courses.Under multimedia learning environment,the author attempts to apply constructivist learning theory for teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery anorectal science courses,construct specific scenarios,stimulate initiative and imagination of students combined characteristics of the subject,to improve teaching quality and cultivate more outstanding talents for clinical practice.
