摘 要:目的 探索结合基于问题的学习方法(problembased learning,PBL)的教学是否能提高肺功能进修学员的水平。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年10月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院肺功能室进行进修学习的64名学员,随机分为试验组和对照组,各组32名。对照组予以肺功能检查的常规理论及实际操作教学,试验组在常规理论、实际操作教学的基础上,加以PBL教学法。2周后对各组学员进行肺功能理论基础知识、实际操作水平、对肺功能结果判断以及对异常情况的处理能力进行考试并评分,学习结束3个月内以及3~12个月内对学员的肺功能报告随机抽取10份予以质量控制等级水平及结果判断评估比较。结果 在学习后试验组的理论水平成绩、对异常情况的处理能力以及总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。学习结束3个月内以及3~12个月内随机抽取的肺功能报告中,试验组的肺功能检查质量控制等级水平明显高于对照组,试验组的肺功能报告准确度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结合PBL肺功能教学方法提高了肺功能进修学员的肺功能操作水平以及肺功能检查的质量。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with conventional teaching method of pulmonary function test(PFT)in study participation.Methods A total of 64 students who underwent further study in the pulmonary function room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 32 participants in each group.The control group was given the routine theory and practical operation teaching of pulmonary function examination,while the experimental group was given the PBL teaching method on the basis of routine theory and practical operation teaching.Two weeks later,the students in each group were tested and scored on the basic knowledge of lung function theory,practical operation level,judgment of lung function results and the ability to deal with abnormal situations.Ten lung function reports of students were randomly selected within 3 months and 3~12 months after the end of the study to evaluate and compare the quality control level and result judgment.Results The theoretical knowledge of pulmonary function,ability to deal with abnormal situation and total score were higher in the experimental group than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality control of PFT and the accuracy of interpretation of PFT results were significantly higher in the experimental group within 3 months and 3~12 months after learning,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with conventional pulmonary function test teaching method can improve the trainees’ability in quality control level and interpretation results of pulmonary function test.
