摘  要:目的比较基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合“同伴教学”法和传统教学法这两种不同教学方法在肩部超声检查培训中的教学效果。方法 选取2020年12月—2022年3月陕西省人民医院超声科进修医师40名,随机分为联合教学组和传统教学组,每组20名,联合教学组采用PBL联合“同伴教学”法,传统教学组采用传统教学法,两组均培训教学3个月,培训前后对学习者们均采用理论考核、上机操作及问卷调查的方式,比较两组教学效果。结果 培训前,联合教学组和传统教学组在理论考核、上机操作及问卷调查满意度方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);教学结束后联合教学组在理论考核、上机操作成绩及问卷调查满意度均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合“同伴教学”法在促进进修医师更好地掌握肩关节超声的理论知识、实践操作和疾病诊断方面,其教学效果优于传统教学法。Objective To compare the learning outcome of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching combined with"peer instruction"or traditional teaching methods in shoulder ultrasound training.Methods From December 2020 to March 2022,a total of 40 physicians in the department of ultrasound in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into a joint teaching group and a traditional teaching group,with 20 continuing medical practitioners in each group.In the joint teaching group,PBL combined with"peer instruction"method was adopted,while in the traditional teaching group,traditional teaching method was adopted.Both groups were trained for 3 months.The theoretical examination,hands-on operation and questionnaire survey were used to compare the teaching effects of the two groups after training.Results Before the training,there was no significant difference between the joint teaching group and traditional teaching group in terms of theoretical assessment,hands-on operation and questionnaire survey satisfaction(P>0.05).After the teaching,the joint teaching group had higher satisfaction in theory assessment,computer operation and questionnaire survey than the traditional teaching group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effects of PBL combined with"peer instruction",which includes theoretical knowledge,practical operation and disease diagnosis of shoulder ultrasound,is better than traditional teaching methods in refresher doctors.
