摘  要:目的 分析住培教学管理人员岗位绩效考核评价结果,为进一步提高教学管理人员工作质量,促进住培工作发展提供依据与建议。方法 采用医院教学管理人员岗位绩效考核评估量表于2022年1—3月对南平市第一医院国家级住培专业基地教学管理人员进行岗位绩效考核数据评价分析,比较不同专业基地、管理人员考核差异。结果 教学管理人员岗位绩效考核评分总体情况良好;不同住培专业基地教学管理人员岗位的绩效考核评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 住培教学管理质量的提升需要医院领导层、住培管理部门加强进一步制度建设,提高教学管理人员的重视程度,不断完善岗位绩效考核体系。Objective To analyze the performance evaluation results of residential training teaching management personnel,and provide basis and suggestions for further improving the work quality of teaching management personnel and promoting the development of residential training work.square.Methods From January to March 2022,the job performance evaluation scale for hospital teaching management personnel was used to evaluate and analyze the job performance evaluation data of teaching management personnel in the National Housing and Training Professional Base of Nanping First Hospital,and to compare the differences in assessment among different professional bases and management personnel.Results The results showed that the overall performance evaluation score of teaching management personnel was good.There was a statistically significant difference in the performance evaluation scores of teaching management personnel in different residential training professional bases(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of the quality of the teaching management of residential training requires the hospital leadership and the residential training management department to strengthen the further system construction,improve the attention of the teaching management personnel,and constantly improve the post performance appraisal system.
