摘 要:全日制硕士专业学位研究生的学位论文质量是研究生教育质量的重要体现,也是教育部学位点评估的重要指标之一,探讨如何提升学位论文质量对专业学位点建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本文基于相关利益者理论,通过与学位论文质量直接相关的两大群体——导师与研究生调查,分析专业硕士学位论文的选题、撰写、答辩三个阶段中存在的问题,并提出完善专业学位培养方案,规范学位论文的培养目标与标准;多部门联动建立学位论文评估体系,提升专业学位评估水平;强化专业学位的双师制队伍建设,彰显学位论文的实践应用特色;加强学术规范教育,端正学生科研态度等相关建议。The quality of full-time professional degree postgraduates'dissertations reflects the quality of graduate education.Also,it is one of the essential indicators of degree program evaluation by the Ministry of Education.It is crucial to discuss how to improve the quality of dissertations for the construction of professional degree programs.Based on the theory of stakeholders,this paper analyzes the problems in three stages of topic selection,writing,and defense of a master's thesis of professional degree through the investigation of two groups,including supervisors and graduate students,and finally,it gives related recommendations:improving the quality of professional degree postgraduates'dissertations including improving the training scheme of professional degree and standardizing the training objectives and standards of graduation thesis;establishing a dissertation evaluation system with multi-department interaction;and strengthening the construction of supervisors and academic standard education.
