摘 要:通过顶空固相微萃取-气相-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析来自印度尼西亚巴厘岛和爪哇岛2个不同产地鸡蛋花挥发油的化学成分的差异。采用顶空-固相微萃取2个不同产地鸡蛋花的挥发物,并结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析挥发性成分的组成,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。从巴厘岛鸡蛋花中鉴定出41个化合物,占挥发物总量的78.63%;从爪哇岛鸡蛋花中鉴定出47个化合物,占挥发物总量的81.87%。有34个化合物是两个产地共有的,其中反式-橙花叔醇、(3E,7E)-4,8,12-三甲基十三-1,3,7,11-四烯、苯甲醛、芳樟醇、氧化芳樟醇、1-十九碳烯、正十九烷、正十七烷、香叶醇、香叶醛、橙花醛、香茅醇等化合物的含量均较高。巴厘岛鸡蛋花和爪哇岛鸡蛋花挥发物的化学成分基本相近,但每种物质的含量各异,首次从中发现了13个新的挥发性化合物。Headspace-solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)was used to analyze the volatile components s difference of Plumeria rubra L.cv.Acutifolia from Bali island and Java island.Headspace-solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)was used to extract the volatiles from Plumeria rubra L.cv.Acutifolia.The composition of volatile components was analyzed by GC-MS.The area normalization method calculated the relative percentage content of each component.41 compounds were identified from Plumeria rubra L.cv.Acutifolia grown in Bali island,accounting for 78.63%of the total volatiles,47 compounds were identified from Plumeria rubra L.cv.Acutifolia grown in Java island,accounting for 81.87%of the total volatiles.34 compounds were identified on those from both areas,among them,compounds such as Nerolidol<(Z)->,(3E,7E)-4,8,12-Trimethyltrideca-1,3,7,11-tetraene,Benzaldehyde,Linalool,Linalool oxide,1-Nonadecene,Nonadecane<n->,Heptadecane<n->,Geraniol,Geranial,Neral,Citronellol were found in high amounts.The volatile chemical compositions of Plumeria rubra L.cv.Acutifolia from Bali and Java island were basically similar,but the content of each substance was different.Thirteen new volatile compounds were found for the first time.
