基于护理岗位任务的高职英语活页式教材开发研究

摘　　要：本文基于调研确定了护理岗位职业能力要求和典型工作任务,初步构建了基于护理工作流程的高职英语活页式教材框架。根据护理岗位需求和职业标准,确定了四大职业模块、10个工作情境、32个子任务,同时,将以“五爱五心”为切入点的思政教育素材融入教材,开发培养高职护理专业学生岗位职业能力与课程思政教育相结合的活页式教材。Through in-depth investigation,the professional competence requirements and typical work tasks of nursing jobs have been determined,and a loose-leaf textbooks framework for vocational English based on nursing workflow has been preliminarily established.Based on nursing job requirements and professional standards,four major occupational modules,10 work scenarios,and 32 sub-tasks have been designed.At the same time,the ideological and political education with the"Five Loves and the Five Hearts"as the entry points will be integrated into the teaching materials,and thus a new paradigm for the development of loose-leaf textbooks suitable for the combination of vocational ability cultivation and ideological and political education courses for vocational nursing students is constructed.
