摘  要:采用问卷调查法,探讨学生学习动机现状及感知学校氛围、专业认同感对学习动机的影响。结果发现卫校学生学习动机有较大提升空间;学生感知学校氛围、专业认同感与学习动机显著相关,可以正向预测内、外部动机;专业认同感在学生感知学校氛围与学习动机间存在中介作用。根据研究结论,提出激发卫校学生学习动机的建议。Using a questionnaire survey method,this study explores the status of students′learning motivation and the impact of perceived atmosphere in school and professional identity on learning motivation.The results showed that there was significant room for improvement in the learning motivation of students in health school;Students′perception of atmosphere in school,professional identity,and learning motivation are significantly correlated,which can positively predict internal and external motivation;Professional recognition plays a mediating role in students′perception of the atmosphere in school and learning motivation.Based on the research findings,propose suggestions to stimulate the learning motivation of students in health school.
