摘 要:目的:探索WBL(Web-based learning)联合PBL(Problem-based learning)教学在外科教学中的有效性和实用性。方法:以2021年5月-2021年10月广东药科大学三年级70名本科生为研究对象,并随机均分为试验组和对照组各35例。试验组采用WBL-PBL联合模式进行教学,对照组以传统教学模式进行教学,比较两组学生的考试成绩及教学效果评价。结果:实验组的课前测验成绩与对照组无明显差异,课后实验组的成绩提高明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组的学生对老师的评分、理解能力、师生互动、沟通技巧、临床思维技能、自学能力、团队合作能力、知识吸收及教学目标满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:WBL+PBL结合的教学模式可能是提高医学生学习效果的有效方法。Objective:To explore the effectiveness and practicability of WBL(Web⁃based learning)combined with PBL(Problem⁃based learning)teaching in surgical teaching.Methods:70 junior undergraduates from Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from May 2021 to Oct 2021 were recruited as research objects,and randomly divided them in⁃to experimental group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The experimental group used WBL⁃PBL combined teaching mode,while the control group used traditional teaching mode.The test scores and teaching effect evaluation between the two groups were compared.Results:The test scores in experimental group were similar to those in control group before class,but the improvement in experimental group after class was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).In addition,the scores of teachers,comprehension ability,teacher⁃student interaction,communication skills,clinical thinking skills,self⁃study ability,teamwork ability,knowledge absorption and satisfaction of teaching objectives in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of WBL and PBL teaching mode may be an effective method to improve the learning effect of medical students.
