摘  要:课程思政融入高等教育是一次教学革命也是提高高等教育德育价值的重要举措。当前,专家学者对于“课程思政”融入大学英语教学的相关研究已经取得了一定的成效。落实“课程思政”的教学目标、实现“立德树人”的德育目标的关键都在教师。文章从教师的思政育人素养入手,探讨“课程思政”背景下,大学英语教师如何提升自身的思政育人素养。首先,阐述了“课程思政”背景下大学英语教师思政育人素养的内涵;其次,分析了“课程思政”背景下,大学英语教师思政育人素养存在的问题;最后,提出了大学英语教师思政育人素养的提升策略,以期促进大学英语教师的思政育人素养发展。The integration of ideological and political education into college English course is a revolution and a must.Experts have made abundant achievements in the research of integrating ideological and political education into college English teaching.The key to implement the teaching objective of“ideological and political education”lies in the teachers.Therefore,this article analyzes the connotation of ideological and political cultivation literacy and the problems and barriers of college English teachers’ideological and political cultivation literacy under the background of ideological and political education.Moreover,promoting strategies for college English teachers’ideological and political cultivation literacy have also been explored to better construct the ideological and political education in college English teaching.
