盐酸处理对可得然胶品质提升试验研究

摘　　要：在可得然胶成品贮存过程中,存在可得然胶品质下降明显的问题。根据可得然胶生产工艺研究,以盐酸作为处理剂对成品进行二次精制,以成品凝胶强度为主要评价指标,75%乙醇作为溶剂,考察盐酸浓度、温度、时间、料液比(m(胶体质量)∶m(酸溶液质量))对成品品质的影响。结果表明,盐酸浓度0.6%,温度30℃,时间2 h,料液比1∶4,凝胶强度增加137.5%,收率80.6%,处理后成品品质符合国家标准。In the process of storage,the quality of curdlan glue decreases significantly.According to the research of the production process of curdlan glue,as the treatment agent,hydrochloric acid was used to carry out secondary refining of product.Taking gel strength as main index,75%ethanol as a solvent,influence of hydrochloric acid concentration,temperature,time and ratio of solid to solvent on the product quality was investigated.The results showed that the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid was 0.6%,the temperature was 30℃,the time was 2 h,the mass ratio of solid to solvent was 1∶4,the gel strength was increased by 137.5%,the recovery was 80.6%,and the quality of the finished product after treatment met the national standard.
