摘　　要：加强课程思政建设是落实立德树人的根本任务,是培养新时代中国特色社会主义建设人才的重要举措。专业教师既要传授专业知识,还应该注重思想品德教育,要构建课程思政体系,提高专业教师课程思政能力,做到全程育人和全方位育人。本文通过分析桂林医学院研究生医学生理学课程思政教学的现状,有针对性地提出了挖掘课堂思政元素,提升教师课程思政能力的对策方案,以此提高课程思政教学效果,为党和国家的事业培养德才兼备、全面发展的高素质医学人才。The enhancement of the construction of ideological and political education is the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,also an important measure to train talents for building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Professional teachers should not only impart professional knowledge,but also pay attention to ideological and moral education.They should build a curriculum ideological and political system,improve professional teachers′curriculum ideological and political ability,and achieve the goal of the whole process and all-round education of people.Based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political teaching of medical physiology course for graduate students in Guilin Medical University,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to tap ideological and political elements in classroom teaching and improve teachers′course ideological and political ability,so as to improve the effect of ideological and political teaching and cultivate both moral and all-around development of high-quality medical talents for the cause of the Party and the nation.
