摘　　要：高校的精品课程建设已经经历了20年,取得了丰硕的成果。国家级、省级、校级等不同层面的精品课程提升了高校的实践教学质量,为高等教育的发展做出了极大的贡献,但在精品课程的建设和应用中也出现了不同的问题。本文从课程设计方案和课程评价两个角度深度剖析,提供了建设性的解决方案,为更好地建设和使用精品课程提供了参考。The construction of excellent courses in colleges and universities has been experienced 20 years and fruitful results are achieved.Excellent courses at national,provincial and university levels have improved the quality of practical teaching in universities and made great contributions to the development of higher education.But,there are different problems in the construction and application of excellent courses.In this paper,curriculum design and curriculum evaluation are analyzed deeply and constructive solutions are provided,which can be used for constructing high-quality courses.
