摘 要:目的:分析深圳市某区市售水产品中镉的污染特征,评价水产品镉污染对辖区居民的健康风险。方法:收集2017—2022年深圳市某区水产品中镉含量的监测数据,分析镉的污染特征,采用靶器官危害系数法(Target Hazard Quotients,THQ)评价市售水产品镉暴露的人体健康风险。结果:295份市售水产品中,镉的含量为0.001~46.900 mg·kg^(-1),超标率为26.44%。水产品镉THQ的P50值均小于1,其他类(头足类、腹足类)水产品THQ的P90值为3.503。结论:深圳市某区市售水产品受到一定污染,水产品镉平均暴露对居民健康风险较低,但应警惕其他类(头足类、腹足类)水产品的镉污染。Objective:To analysis the contamination status of cadmium in aquatic products sold in a district of Shenzhen,and assess the health hazards of cadmium in aquatic products to residents in the district.Method:Based on the concentration data of cadmium in aquatic products in a district of Shenzhen from 2017 to 2022,statistical characteristics of cadmium were investigated and the possible health risks of the cadmium were estimated by target hazard quotient(THQ)method.Result:The cadmium content of 295 samples ranged from 0.001 mg·kg^(-1) to 46.900 mg·kg^(-1),and the exceeding rate was 26.44%.The P50 THQ for cadmium in aquatic products was below 1,and the P90 THQ for cadmium in categories of other aquatic products(cephalopods and gastropods)was 3.503.Conclusion:There is a certain degree contamination of cadmium in the aquatic products in a district of Shenzhen,the risk of dietary aquatic products cadmium average exposure is relatively low in local residents,but it should be pay attention to the contamination status of cadmium in other aquatic products(cephalopods and gastropods).
