摘　　要：重金属污染物的存在可能对人体健康产生严重影响,因此对其进行准确、快速、可靠的检测成为食品安全保障的重要手段。本文重点论述食品中重金属污染物的检测方法,以期为食品安全监控和检测提供科学依据。The presence of heavy metal pollutants may have serious impacts on human health,so accurate,rapid,and reliable detection of them has become an important means of food safety assurance.This article focuses on the detection methods of heavy metal pollutants in food,in order to provide scientific basis for food safety monitoring and detection.
