摘  要:随着我国汽车工业的飞跃式发展,对汽车专业人才的需求日益高涨,这为职业院校办学带来了新的机遇,也对人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。在职业院校汽修专业教学中,要顺应社会的需求,完善和创新教学模式和方法,向社会输送“适销对路”的高技能型人才。本文以技工院校汽修专业汽车维护课程为例,探讨如何运用分层教学法激发学生的主观能动性,提高汽车维护课程教学的针对性,确保课程教学满足每个学生的学习需求,从而有效提升汽修专业学生的汽车维护技术能力和职业素质。With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the demand for automotive professionals is increasing,which brings new opportunities for vocational colleges and universities,and also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of talent training.In the teaching of auto repair majors in vocational colleges,it is necessary to comply with the needs of society,improve and innovate teaching models and methods,and deliver“marketable”high-skilled talents to the society.Taking the automobile maintenance course of auto repair major in technical colleges as an example,this paper discusses how to use the hierarchical teaching method to stimulate students'subjective initiative,improve the pertinence of automobile maintenance course teaching,and ensure that the course teaching meets the learning needs of each student,so as to effectively improve the automobile maintenance technical ability and professional quality of auto repair students.
