摘　　要：随着信息技术与汽车制造深度融合,汽车维修行业不断转型升级,职业教育急需培养掌握新技术、新工艺的高素质人才。在“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的背景下,通过对接汽车涂装行业标准重构课程体系,整合“1+X”证书制度优化人才培养方案,利用职业技能大赛促进学生技能提高,积极开展教师、教学、教法改革,探索“岗课赛证”有效融通,提高人才培养和教育教学质量。With the deep integration of information technology and automobile manufacturing,and the continuous transformation and upgrading of the automobile maintenance industry,vocational education urgently needs to cultivate high-quality talents who master new technologies and new processes.In the context of the integration and education model of"post class competition certificate",the curriculum system is reconstructed by docking with the automobile painting industry standard,the"1+X"certifi cate system is integrated to optimize the talent training program,the vocational skills competition is used to promote the improvement of students'skills,and the reform of teachers,teaching and teaching methods is actively carried out,and the eff ective integration of the"post class competition certifi cate"is explored to improve the quality of talent training and education and teaching.
