摘  要:目的:了解医学生全科医学概论课程学习状态。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选取齐齐哈尔医学院2018级精神医学和临床医学全科医学方向专业学生,填写自制的学习状态调查问卷,数据采用χ~2检验分析。结果:不同性别学生的“课堂纪律”差别有统计学意义,不同自主学习能力学生的“到课情况”等6个指标的差别有统计学意义,不同“自主学习能力”“到课情况”“课堂纪律”“听课状态”“本课重视程度”“本课学习兴趣”“对课程思政的态度”的学生成绩差别有统计学意义,不同性别和专业的学生成绩差别没有统计学意义。结论:学生的自主学习能力对全科医学概论课程的学习效果很重要,教师应通过多渠道增强学生的自主学习能力以提高学习效果。Objective:To understand the learning status of medical students in the course Introduction to General Medicine.Methods:Using cluster sampling,students majoring in Psychiatry and Clinical Medicine with a focus on General Medicine from the 2018 batch at Qiqihar Medical University were selected.They filled out a self-designed survey questionnaire about their learning status,and the data were analyzed using chi-square tests.Results:Significant differences were found in classroom discipline among students of different genders.Statistically significant differences were observed in six indicators,including attendance,among students with different levels of self-directed learning ability.Student academic performance showed statistically significant differences in seven indicators,including self-directed learning ability.Conclusion:Students'self-directed learning ability is crucial for the learning outcomes of the course Introduction to General Medicine.Teachers should employ multiple methods to enhance students'self-directed learning ability to improve learning outcomes.
