儿童外科规培医生批判性思维的现况调查分析

摘　　要：为了解儿童外科规培医生批判性思维的现况,采用中文版批判性思维量表(CTDI—CV)调查广州市妇女儿童医疗中心37位儿童外科规培医生,并与中山大学附属第三医院28位外科规培医生比较。儿外科规培生只有5.41%表现为正性批判性思维能力倾向,与综合医院对比总分无差异,在分析能力、求知欲、自信能力方面稍强,但在寻找真理、开放思想、认知成熟度方面稍差。儿外科规培医生批判性思维能力仍然有待提高。To understand the current status of critical thinking among pediatric surgical residents,a survey was conducted using the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI-CV)among 37 pediatric surgical residents at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center.A comparison was made with 28 surgical residents from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.Only 5.41%of pediatric surgical residents showed a positive disposition toward critical thinking ability.They demonstrated no significant difference in total scores compared to residents in a general hospital.However,they exhibited slightly stronger analytical skills,curiosity,and self-confidence,while showing slight weaknesses in truth-seeking,open-mindedness,and cognitive maturity.The critical thinking ability of pediatric surgical residents still needs improvement.
