摘  要:目的:初步探索住院医师规范化培训中医学人文教育理论课程建设路径。方法:面向浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院110名儿科住院医师规范化培训学员开设医学人文教育理论课程并评价效果。结果:参加医学人文教育理论课程的学员中,大多数认为课程对医学实践活动作用很大,且提升了人文素养和医患沟通能力。结论:应当继续完善医学人文教育理论课程设置,并将其常态化、制度化。Objective:This study aims to explore the preliminary path of constructing medical humanities education theoretical courses in the standardized training for resident physicians.Methods:Facing l10 pediatric resident physicians in the standardized training program at the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,we developed medical humanities education theoretical courses and evaluated their effectiveness.Results:We established medical humanities education theoretical courses for resident physician trainees.Among the trainees who participated in the medical humanities education theoretical courses,90%believed that the courses had a significant impact on medical practice activities,and around 80%of the trainees reported an improvement in their humanistic literacy and doctor-patient communication skills.Conclusion:The construction of medical humanities education theoretical courses should be further improved and normalized within the context of standardized training for resident physicians.
