摘  要:目的:探讨PBL联合TBL教学法在损伤控制手术培训中的应用效果。方法:采用实验对照法。对照组30名学员采用传统教学法,试验组30名学员采用PBL联合TBL教学法。培训结束后给予考核,教员通过改良DOPS评分表对学员操作过程进行评分,比较两组学员的考核成绩。同时,学员通过VAS量表对教学法进行评价。结果:试验组操作技能考核成绩[(8.8±0.54)分]高于对照组[(8.2±0.4)分],在基础知识、术前准备、操作的规范性、关键问题的解决、团队协作、综合评价等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS量表显示,试验组在激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高解决问题的能力、师生互动加强、团队协作精神增强等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合TBL教学法与传统教学法相比,有助于提高基层医师损伤控制手术培训的教学效果,提升任职教育课程带教质量。Objective:To explore the application of the problem-based learning(PBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in injury control surgery training.Methods:An experimental control study was conducted.The control group(n=30)received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group(n=30)received the PBL combined with TBL teaching mode.After the training,an assessment was conducted,and the instructors evaluated the students'operative procedures using an improved direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)scoring sheet.The assessment scores between the two groups were compared.In addition,the students evaluated the teaching mode using a visual analog scale(VAS).Results:The experimental group achieved ahigher score in the operative skills assessment[(8.8±0.54)points]compared to the control group[(8.2±0.4)points].The experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of basic knowledge,preoperative preparation,procedural standardization,problem-solving skills,team collaboration,and comprehensive evaluation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS results showed that the experimental group had significantly higher scores than the control group in terms of stimulating learning interest,improving self-learning ability,enhancing problem-solving skills,strengthening teacher-student interaction,and promoting team collaboration(P<O.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional teaching methods,the PBL combined with TBL teaching method can improve the teaching effectiveness of injury control surgery training for primary care physicians and enhance the quality of on-the-job education and mentoring in thecurriculum.
