摘  要:新时代教师发展问题关系到教育改革的方向与全局,打造“高素质专业化教师队伍”是其重要任务。文章以探索人工智能助推教师发展的路径与对策为目的,立足新时代的教育背景与教师发展的研究现状,剖析人工智能促进教师发展的内因与机理,明确人工智能助推教师发展的内容与举措,并从环境建设、教学改革、能力提升、均衡发展、评价创新五个方面提出了具体的方法、路径与相应的对策,为促进人工智能在教师发展领域的深入推广与创新应用和教育高质量发展与变革提供有力支撑。The issue of teacher development in the new era is related to the direction and overall situation of education reform,and to build a"high-quality professional teaching staff"is an important task.With the purpose of exploring the path and countermeasures of artificial intelligence to promote teacher development,and based on the educational background and the research status of teacher development in the new era,this paper analyzes the internal causes and mechanisms of artificial intelligence to promote teacher development,clarifies the contents and measures of artificial intelligence to promote teacher development.It also puts forward specific methods and paths from the perspectives of environment construction,teaching reform,capacity improvement,balanced development,and evaluation innovation,and the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide powerful support for promoting the in-depth promotion and innovative application of AI in the field of teacher development and the high-quality development and change of education.
