摘  要:幼儿园男教师在塑造幼儿性别意识、锻炼幼儿逻辑思维能力和促进幼儿人格健全发展等方面有重要的价值,提升男教师的专业素养则是实现这一价值的基本前提。为促进幼儿园男教师的专业发展,幼儿园要全面诊断男教师的专业发展需求,系统规划男教师的专业发展方向;打造男教师专业发展共同体,探索多种形式的男教师专业发展路径;创新幼儿园男教师专业发展管理体制,打造良好的男教师专业发展生态。Male kindergarten teachers have important value in shaping children's gender consciousness,exercising children's logical thinking ability and promoting children's sound personality development,and improving male teachers' professional quality is the basic premise to realize this value.To promote the professional development of male teachers in kindergartens,kindergartens should comprehensively diagnose the professional development needs of male teachers and systematically plan the professional development direction of male teachers;build a professional development community for male teachers and explore various forms of professional development paths for male teachers;innovate the professional development management system of male teachers in kindergartens and build a good professional development ecology for male teachers.
