摘  要:字幕因其在教学视频中有助于学生对学习内容的深度理解和意义回顾,受到在线学习领域越来越多的关注。然而,教学视频中的字幕对学习效果(保持成绩、迁移成绩)、注意力、认知负荷、学习满意度的影响尚存在争议,字幕效应发挥的潜在边界条件尚不清晰。该研究利用Meta分析方法,通过梳理国内外教学视频中字幕应用对学习成效影响的43项实验和准实验研究,发现不同语境下,字幕应用都能促进学生的学习效果和学习满意度,并且在高学段应用对促进学习成效效果更为显著;字幕应用于陈述性知识教学视频中的效果比程序性知识教学视频中更好;应用字幕会降低学习者的学习注意;字幕类型会调节学习者学习迁移成绩和认知负荷。Subtitles in instructional videos have attracted more and more attention in the field of online learning,because it can enhance learners deep understanding and meaning review.However,the effects of subtitles on learning performance(maintenance of performance,transfer of performance),attention,cognitive load and learning satisfaction were still controversial,and the potential boundary conditions of the effect of subtitles on learning effectiveness remained unclear.This research uses Meta-analytic approach to analyze 43 domestic and international experimental and quasi-experimental research literatures.It finds that in different language environment,subtitle application can promote students learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction,and it has a more significant effect on promoting learning in the high learning section.The effect of subtitle in declarative knowledge are better than that in procedural knowledge in instructional videos.Using subtitles significantly reduces learners attention to learning.The type of subtitles can significantly regulate learners learning transfer performance and cognitive load.
