以特色校园文化建设培育建筑类大学生敬业精神的路径分析

摘　　要：高等教育是社会主义教育体系的重要组成部分,校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要建设阵地,敬业精神更是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容。加强高等院校特色校园文化建设来培育建筑类人才的敬业精神,有助于培育出专业技能和敬业精神综合发展的高素质建筑人才,满足现代化建设人才的多元化需求。当前,部分高等院校在依托特色校园文化建设开展学生敬业精神培育的具体实践中,还存在一定的阻碍,通过加强校园文化建设规划、创新文化建设形式、完善校园文化设施、丰富文化建设主体,可以助力高等院校更好地开展特色校园文化建设、推进新时代教育教学改革、实时适应时代发展变化、提升学生综合素质,从而推进高等教育的高质量发展。Higher education is an important component of the socialist education system,campus cultures are an important construction position for socialist advanced culture,and professional dedication spirit is an important content of socialist core values.Strengthening the construction of characteristic campus cultures in colleges and universities to cultivate architectural talents' professional dedication spirit is helpful in cultivating high-quality architectural talents with good professional skills and professional dedication spirit as well as meeting the diversified needs of modern construction talents.At present,there are still certain obstacles in the specific practice of cultivating students' professional dedication spirit based on the construction of characteristic campus cultures in some colleges and universities.Strengthening the planning of construction of campus cultures,innovating the forms of the construction,improving campus culture-related facilities,and enriching the subjects of construction can help colleges and universities better implement the construction of characteristic campus cultures,promote education and teaching reforms in the new era,adapt to the development an changes of the times in real time,and enhance students' comprehensive quality,in order to boost the high-quality development of higher education.
