摘  要:立德树人是教育的根本任务,在教学过程中实施课程思政教育是落实该任务的重要途径.食品微生物学是食品科学与工程类、生物工程类专业的专业基础必修课程,融合了微生物学基本理论与食品科学基础实践的相关知识点,内含丰富的思政教育元素.立足于培养应用型人才的地方高校,从食品微生物学课程思政理念、培养目标、课程思政教育元素挖掘和实施路径等方面探索了食品微生物学“1342式”课程思政教育模式,以期实现知识传授和价值引领合二为一的培养目标,也为相关课程的课程思政教学提供参考.Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of education,and the implementation of ideological and political education in the teaching process is an important way to implement this task.Food microbiology is a compulsory basic course for food science and engineering,and bioengineering majors.It integrates the basic theory of microbiology with the relevant knowledge points of basic practice of food science,and contains rich ideological and political education elements.Based on the local universities with the cultivation of applicationoriented talents,the“1342-style”ideological and political education mode of food microbiology course are explored,from the aspects of ideological and political concepts,training objectives,and the mining and implementation paths of ideological and political education elements of food microbiology courses,aims to achieve the training goal of organically integrating knowledge imparting with value guidance,and also provides reference for the ideological and political education of related courses.
