产教融合背景下湖北“多元化”职业教育体系建设对策

摘　　要：湖北是职教大省,已建成了具备一定规模、较为全面的职业教育专业结构体系。但总体而言,在全国优势地位不够明显,在办学质量、服务产业、促进就业等方面仍存在着发展不平衡不充分的问题。建议紧扣“产教融合”,围绕湖北区域和产业发展布局,加快发展“多元化”职业教育体系,进一步完善产教融合、校企合作机制,促进职业教育供给与经济社会发展需求高度匹配,为湖北“建成支点、走在前列、谱写新篇”提供强有力技术技能人才支撑。Hubei is a major province of vocational education,has built a certain scale,more comprehensive vocational education professional structure system.However,in general,the dominant position in the country is not obvious enough,and there are still problems of unbalanced and inadequate development in terms of school quality,service industry and employment promotion.we should closely follow the“integration of Production and Education”,focus on the regional and industrial development layout of Hubei,accelerate the development of“diversified”vocational education system,further improve the integration of Production and Education,the development mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the supply of vocational education.It is highly that matched with the needs of Hubei's economic and social development,and provides strong support for our province.
