摘　　要：人才培养是高等学校的根本任务,教育质量是大学立足的根本。对于地方师范院校,评价学生培养对国家和社会的相应规格要求的实现程度是其生存与发展的核心要素。该文基于实践探索,从关注学生培养目标的达成度、毕业生规格和素质状况等方面,提出地方师范院校通过树立产出导向的教学质量观,创建人才培养质量闭环管理体系、建立毕业生跟踪反馈机制、构建多样化的评价模式、建立教师的分类评价以及发展促进范式,从而保障各主要教学环节的质量要求落实,促进学生有效学习,保证人才培养质量提升。Talent training is the fundamental task of colleges and universities,and the quality of education is the basis for universities.For local normal colleges and universities,the core element of their survival and development is to evaluate the realization degree of the corresponding requirements of the country and society.Based on practical exploration,this paper focuses on the achievement of students'training objectives,as well as the specifications and quality of graduates,and puts forward that local normal colleges and universities should establish a production-oriented teaching quality concept,create a closed-loop management system for the quality of personnel training,establish a tracking and feedback mechanism for graduates,build a diversified evaluation model,establish a teacher's classification evaluation and development promotion paradigm,so as to ensure the implementation of the quality requirements of each main teaching link,promote students'effective learning,and ensure the improvement of the quality of personnel training.
