神经眼科病例库联合CBL教学法在眼科住院医师临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的 在眼科住院医师神经眼科临床教学中应用神经眼科病例库联合案例教学法(case-based learning, CBL)并评价其教学效果。方法 选取2021年和2022年进入眼科住院医师规范化培训的住院医师作为研究对象。其中,2022年入科的住院医师采用神经眼科病例库联合CBL教学法(观察组),2021年入科的住院医师采用传统的常规教学方法(对照组)。培训结束后对住院医师进行神经眼科考核。对两组住院医师考核成绩采用独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果 考核成绩显示,观察组的总成绩、理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 神经眼科病例库联合CBL教学法有利于提高眼科住院医师神经眼科专业的学习效果。Objective To investigate the effect of neuro-ophthalmic case database combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the clinical teaching of neuro-ophthalmology specialty for ophthalmic residents.Methods The residents who attended the standardized training of ophthalmic residents in 2021 and 2022 were selected as the teaching subjects.Among them,the residents admitted in 2022 used the neuro-ophthalmic case database combined with CBL teaching method(observation group),and the residents admitted in 2021 used the traditional teaching method(control group).At the end of the training,examination was conducted to evaluate the learning effect.The independent sample t-test was used for statistical analysis to compare the examination results of the two groups of residents.Results The examination results indicated that the total score,theoretical test score and operational test score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of neuro-ophthalmic case database and CBL teaching method is beneficial to improving the learning effect of ophthalmic residents in neuro-ophthalmology study.
