摘  要:目的 总结广东省首次统一实施儿科住院医师规范化培训结业临床实践能力考核的经验,并探讨其意义。方法 按照国家《儿科住院医师规范化培训结业临床实践能力考核标准方案(2022版)》开展儿科结业临床实践能力考核。考核结束后,向考官、考生发放调查问卷。结果 2天内完成全省儿科专业基地530人的结业临床实践能力考核,发放调查问卷739份,回收有效调查问卷692份(93.64%),其中考生495份(495/530,93.40%),考官197份(197/209,94.26%)。结果显示,考生和考官对“认为考核心肺复苏术能够体现技能操作能力”“认为人文沟通环节独立设站具有必要性”“接受一个病例贯穿考核病史采集、体格检查、病历书写和病例分析4站”和“认为考核题目符合住院医师临床实践能力”的认可度分别是96.77%,96.45%;97.78%,95.94%;97.37%,93.40%和93.53%,93.40%。结论 全省儿科结业临床实践能力考核统一考核方案、统一试题、统一考核标准、统一考核培训,保障了住培“出口”质量;不同区域、统一考核时间、同一节奏联合实施结业考核具有可行性,能够更好地推动儿科住院医师的同质化培养。Objective To summarize the experience of the first unified implementation of clinical practice ability assessment for pediatric residents after standardized residency training in Guangdong Province,and to explore its significance.Methods The national Standard Scheme for the Assessment of Clinical Practice Ability of Pediatric Residents Standardized Training Completion(2022 Edition)was use to carry out the assessment of pediatric clinical practice ability.The questionnaire was provided to the examiners and the examinees after the assessment.Results The clinical practice ability assessment was completed within 2 days for 530 examinees in the province's pediatric professional bases.A total of 739 questionnaires were distributed,of which 692 were valid(93.64%),including 495 residents(495/530,93.40%)and 197 examiners(197/209,94.26%).The results showed that the recognition degrees by the examinees and examiners about the items of"the core pulmonary resuscitation test can reflect the skill and operation ability""it is necessary to set up an independent station in the link of humanistic communication""accepting a case throughout the assessment""medical history collection""physical examination""medical record writing""case analysis"and"the assessment topics have reached the assessment of the clinical practice ability after standardized residency training"were:96.77%,96.45%;97.78%,95.94%;97.37%,93.40%,93.53%,and 93.40%respectively.Conclusion The assessment of clinical practice ability after the completion of pediatric residency training has been practiced across the province with a unified assessment plan,unified examination questions,unified assessment standards,and unified assessment training to ensure the quality of standardized training"export"for resident physicians.It is feasible to jointly implement the assessment in different regions,at the same assessment time,and at the same rhythm.The implement of unified examination will promote the homogenous training of pediatric residents in our province.
