摘  要:良好的师资队伍是住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)高效实施的有力保障。我国眼科指导医师带教能力参差不齐。该院通过设置合理的培训课程、举办讲座、制定统一的眼科临床技能操作规范、应用角色扮演教学法、建立眼科师资培训资料库、执行教学工作量化考核、完善激励机制、鼓励教学成果转化、推行住院医师对带教师资的评价机制等一系列措施,对提高师资带教能力起到重要作用。A good teaching staff is a powerful guarantee that the standardized residency training can be implemented efficiently.The ophthalmology teaching ability of teachers in our country was uneven.Thus this hospital set reasonable training courses,held lectures,formulated unified ophthalmology clinical skills operation specifications and scoring standards,applied role-playing teaching methods,and established ophthalmology teacher training materials.This hospital also establised a training material library for ophthalmologists,strictly implemented quantitative assessment of teaching work,improved incentive mechanism,encouraged the transformation of teaching achievements,and implemented the evaluation mechanism for resident physicians to teachers.These strategies can play an important role in improving teachers'ability to teach.
