摘 要:目的 探索研讨式教学法(seminar)结合PBL教学法在中医康复科中医类别住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年9月于该院中医康复科住院医师60名,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30人。观察组采用Seminar结合PBL的教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。住院医师出科后进行理论与临床技能考核,并进行问卷调查。结果 理论和临床考核方面,观察组分别为(82.13±4.31)分和(90.50±4.18)分,对照组分别为(75.30±3.64)分和(86.50±3.98)分,观察组优于对照组;教学满意度方面,观察组24人满意,对照组22人满意;教学效果方面,观察组在提高学习主动性分析、解决问题的能力、科研能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力上均获得了更高的评价,以上差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 Seminar结合PBL教学法优于传统教学法,有助于提高中医康复科临床教学质量,激发住院医师的创造性思维、学习主动性及合作意识。Objective To compare the effectiveness of the combination of Seminar and PBL teaching method with conventional teaching method in the clinical teaching of standardized training for TCM resident physicians in the TCM Rehabilitation Department.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,60 resident physicians under standardized training in the Department of TCM Rehabilitation were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the observation group who were trained by employing the combination of the Seminar with PBL teaching method,and the control group who were trained by using the traditional teaching method.On completion of the training,theoretical and clinical skills tests were conducted to assess the training outcomes of both groups.A questionnaire survey was conducted afterwards to collect data from the two groups about their opinions and experience of the teaching methods used in their training.Results The observation group achieved better scores[theoretical test(82.13±4.31),clinical skills test(90.50±4.18)]in both the theoretical and clinical skills tests compared to the control group[theoretical test(75.30±3.64),clinical skills test( 86.50±3.98)].The observation group(24 resident physicians were satisfied)showed significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(22 resident physicians were satisfied)with the teaching method used in their training according to the survey.In terms of teaching effect,the observation group received higher evaluation in improving initiative analysis,problem-solving ability,scientific research,teamwork and communication.And the above differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of the Seminar and PBL teaching method is more effective than the traditional teaching method,therefore it would contribute to improving the quality of clinical teaching in the TCM Rehabilitation Department by stimulating creative thinking,learning initiative and cooperation consciousness of trainee physicians.
