摘　　要：现代产业学院以产教融合、校企合作模式培养创新型、应用型人才。为满足中西部智能装备产业基地和产业转型对机器人技术应用型人才的需求,洛阳理工学院建立机器人产业学院,从人才培养模式、教师团队、课程体系、管理体制等方面进行探索,为机器人下游产业——机器人应用技术开发培养应用型人才。Modern industrial college cultivates innovative and applied talents in the mode of integra-tion of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.In order to meet the needs of intelli-gent equipment industrial base in central and Wes-tern China and industrial transformation for robot technology application-oriented talents,Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology has established the robot industrial college.This paper explores from the aspects of talent training mode,teacher team,curriculum system and management system,so as to provide reference for the development of robot application technology,the downstream industry of robot,and the cultivation of robot technology application-oriented talents.
