摘　　要：为解决人才培养中的痛点,以教育部现代学徒制试点为抓手,从育人理念、人才培养体系、人才培养模式、产学研平台建设、育人机制等方面进行工匠工坊人才培养模式创新与实践,全面提升现代学徒制人才培养质量,成功探索出一条“工匠型、创新型”高素质技术技能人才培养之路。In order to innovate the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship system,to solve the pain points and comorbidities in cultivation of ta-lents,the Ministry of Education modern apprentice ship pilot as the starting point,innovation and practice of talent training mode of“Craftsman Workshop”are carried out from the aspects of education concept,talent training system,talent training mode,construction of industry-university-research platform and education mechanism,we will comprehensively improve the quality and level of modern apprenticeship training,successfully explore the craftsman and innovative path of high-quality technical skills training.
