摘　　要：早些年,在港城烟台的街头巷尾,你会见到这样的地摊:一个小小的炉灶,一口平底煎锅,几张小饭桌,几只小马扎,便是这个地摊的全部家当;盆里或桶里盛着地瓜淀粉或绿豆淀粉制作的粉块,小桌上摆着几样自制的调料,就是这种小吃的全部原料。微风吹过,平底锅里传出吱吱拉拉的响声,空气中弥漫着浓浓的香味,这便是烟台著名的小吃——烟台焖子。On the streets and lanes of Yantai in the earlier years,you could always see snack stalls with only a small stove,a frying pan,a few small tables and folding stools as all their belongings,and powder blocks made from sweet potato starch or mung bean starch in pots or buckets and a few homemade seasonings on small tables as all the ingredients for the snack.As a gentle breeze blows over,a sound of food fried in oil from the frying pan comes into your ear and the air is soon filled with a strong fragrance.This is Yantai Menzi,a famous snack in Yantai.
