摘  要:随着信息化技术与专业课程深度融合的快速发展,将虚拟现实技术(VR)应用于现代化医学教育的研究与开发已成为未来最重要的发展趋势之一。文章以耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的难点急症教学为例,融合VR能够高保真地再现耳鼻喉相关急诊环境,从而模拟操作情景。以此反复训练,培养医学生紧急情况下分析处理病患的能力,提高学习兴趣和成绩,提高对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床急症应变分析及处理能力。With the rapid development of the deep integration of information technology and professional courses,virtual reality(VR)technology has become one of the most important development trends in modern medical education.Taking the difficult emergency teaching in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery teaching as an example,this paper integrates virtual reality technology,reproduces the emergency environment related to otorhinolaryngology with high fidelity,simulates the operation and operation scenario,can repeatedly train and cultivate the ability of medical students to analyze and deal with patients in emergency situations,improves the learning interest and performance of internship students,improves their strain analysis and treatment ability for otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery clinical emergencies.
