洋槐花挥发性特征香味成分分析及加香应用研究

摘　　要：为阐明洋槐花的挥发性成分组分和应用效果,以自然晾干的洋槐花为研究对象,经同时蒸馏萃取和GC-MS方法对其挥发性组分进行分离和鉴定,并将得到的洋槐花挥发油施加于卷烟中进行应用效果评价。结果表明,明确了洋槐花中的142种挥发性成分,占其质量分数的91.57%,其主要成分为棕榈酸(13.48%)、植酮(9.16%)、二十七烷(9.30%)、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯(5.71%)、2,6,10-三甲基-十三烷(4.81%)、己醛(2.90%)、2-苯乙醇(2.35%)、戊基呋喃(1.59%)、乙酸乙酯(1.63%)、1-辛烯-3-醇(1.48%)、芳樟醇(1.25%)等。提取物以梯度量添加在卷烟中,添加量为0.02%时效果较佳,可增加卷烟的香气,使香气细腻、烟气柔和、减少刺激。试验明确了洋槐花的香气组成,阐明了其挥发性成分可明显改善卷烟的感官品质。In order to study volatile contributing components and application effect in Robinia psendoacacia L.flower extract.Naturally dried Robinia psendoacacia L.flowers were used as the research object.The method of simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) was used to extract the volatile flavor compounds from Robinia psendoacacia L.flowers.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) were used to separate and identify volatiles,and applied Robinia psendoacacia L.flowers oil to cigarette flavoring.The results showed that:the total of 142 volatile flavor compounds were identified through GC-MS analysis,accounting for 91.57% of the total content,main aroma components including n-Hexadecanoic acid(13.48%),6,10,14-Trimethyl-2-pentadecanone(9.16%),Heptacosane(9.30%),2,6,10-Trimethyltridecane(4.81%),Methyl anthranilate(5.71%),Hexanal(2.90%),Phenylethyl alcohol(2.35%),2-Pentylfuran(1.59%),Ethyl Acetate(1.63%),1-Octen-3-ol(1.48%),Linalool(1.25%),etc.The different content extract were applied to cigarette,when the added amount of tobacco flavoring was 0.02%,Robinia psendoacacia L.flowers oil could improve cigarette smoke and smoothness,and reduce irritation.Volatile flavor compounds from Robinia psendoacacia L.were identified,and the results showed that volatile contributing components could improve the smoking quality of cigarettes.
