摘　　要：粮食安全越来越受到国家重视和社会关注,保障粮食安全的根本是要做到关口前移,对新收获的粮食质量现状做出客观、准确的研判,提出有效的隐患防范措施,确保国家粮食安全。food security has been paid more and more attention by the country and the society.The basic way to guarantee food security is to move forward and make an objective and accurate study on the quality of newly harvested food,put forward effective measures to prevent hidden dangers to ensure national food security.
