摘　　要：设计了盲样考核“乳粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的测定”的检测方案。根据检测标准和实验室现有资源制定相应的质量控制措施,采用“测试样品含量水平”、“空白样品加标回收”、“人员平行比对”来完成盲样考核过程。结果表明,实验室通过制定的方案成功通过考核要求,考核结果满意,Z值为“-0.9”。其余21家参加盲样考核的机构,Z值均呈负偏离,结果均为满意。Designed the programme of blind sample examination of determination of Aflatoxin Mi.According to test standards and the available resources in lab,we formulated corresponding quality control measures to complete the process of the blind sample examination,such as"testing sample content level","recovery experiment in blank sample","personnel comparison",The results showed that the laboratory has passed this blind sample examination by the measures developed,and get a satisfactory result which was"-0.9"of Z value.The results of the other 21 institutions participating in the examination,were all satisfied,meanwhile all the Z values got negative deviation.
