摘 要:“劳动创造幸福”与积极教育提倡的对学生品格与幸福能力的培育目标一致。积极教育视角能为劳动教育的理论意义与实践探索提供心理学依据。积极教育视角下的劳动教育能促进学生身心健康系统的调节、促进学生积极个人特质的形成以及自我效能感的提升。当前的劳动教育中存在学生参与劳动教育动力不足,劳动教育过程中学生积极个人特质培育不足以及劳动教育评价陈旧等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出积极教育视角下的劳动教育应当以促进学生的发展为原则,设计好典型劳动教育任务,并将劳动教育评价融入其中。"Labor creates happiness"is consistent with the goal of cultivating students'character and happiness ability advocated by positive education.Positive education perspective can provide a psychological basis for the theoretical significance and practical exploration of labor education.Labor education from the perspective of positive education can promote the regulation of students'physical and mental health system,promote the formation of students'positive personal characteristics and improve their sense of self-efficacy.At present,there are some problems in labor education such as insufficient motivation for students to participate in labor education,insufficient cultivation of students'positive personal characteristics in the process of labor education,and outdated evaluation of labor education.In view of these problems,this paper proposes that labor education from the perspective of positive education should promote the development of students as the principle,design typical labor education tasks,and integrate labor education evaluation into them.
