摘 要:线上教学是近年来医学高等教育常用的教学手段,也是现阶段地方医学院校围绕早临床、多临床、反复临床的办学理念开展教学活动的重要组成形式,传统线下教学模式的质量评价体系已无法满足新时期线上教学的新需求,针对线上教学质量评价体系的构建研究势在必行。笔者通过归纳地方医学院校的发展现状,挖掘其线上教学存在的难点和问题,基于医学生岗位胜任力的基本要求,围绕以学生为中心的教育教学理念探究构建“多元化”的线上教学质量评价体系,内容包括针对学生、教师、教学管理者的全覆盖角色多元化质量评价,学校、教学单位、教研室的全方位层次多元化质量评价,评教、评学、评管理的全过程内容多元化质量评价,同时加强对教学质量评价结果的反馈和应用,以评促改,强化医学高等教育教学的过程性管理,全面提升医学高等教育教学效果,全力保障医学生人才培养质量。Online teaching is a common means of teaching in medical higher education in recent years,and it is also an important form of teaching activities carried out by local medical universities around the concept of early clinical,multi clinical,and repeated clinical.The traditional offline teaching mode of the quality evaluation system has been unable to meet the new needs of the new period of online teaching,the construction of the online teaching quality evaluation system for the research is imperative.The author summarizes the current development status of local medical universities,explores the difficulties and problems in online teaching,and based on the basic requirements of medical students'post competency,explores the construction of a diversified online teaching quality evaluation system centered around the student-centered education and teaching concept.The contents include diversified quality evaluation for students,teachers and teaching administrators in their full-coverage roles,diversified quality evaluation for schools,teaching units and teaching and research departments at all levels,and diversified quality evaluation for the whole process of evaluating teaching,evaluating learning and evaluating management.At the same time,it strengthens the feedback and application of the results of teaching quality evaluation,promotes improvement by evaluation,strengthens the process management of medical higher education teaching,comprehensively improves the teaching effect of medical higher education,and makes every effort to guarantee the quality of medical students'talent cultivation.
