摘 要:职教教师教育质量保障指的是为了维护和提高职教教师教育质量而实施的管理活动,包含质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进四种活动。从实践来看,我国职教教师教育质量保障取得了显著进展,也存在明显的问题。主要进展包括:质量策划体系初步建立,形成宏观微观双层联动的质量控制体系,质量保证制度开始建立。面临的现实问题主要包括:缺乏培训质量标准,质量控制缺乏“职教教师教育”特色,质量保证手段的有效性不够等。为此,我国可以采取下述措施:更新旧标准,制定新标准;突出“职教教师教育”特色,健全质量控制体系;完善评估手段,健全质量保证制度;扩大教学诊改范围,促进质量改进工作。Quality assurance of vocational teacher education refers to the management activities implemented to maintain and improve the quality of vocational teacher education,including quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement.From the practice point of view,quality assurance of vocational teacher education in China has made remarkable progress,but there are also obvious problems.The main progress includes:the quality planning system has been preliminarily established,forming a quality control system that combines macro and micro levels,and the quality assurance system has begun to be established.The practical problems faced mainly include:lack of training quality standards,lack of"vocational teacher education"characteristics in quality control,and insufficient effectiveness of quality assurance measures.To this end,our country can take the following measures:updating old standards and formulating new standards;highlight the characteristics of"vocational teacher education"of the quality control system;improve evaluation methods;expand the scope of teaching diagnosis and improvement.
