摘　　要：“食品分析与检验”是食品专业一门重要的专业核心课程,也是国家食品质量安全管理体系的技术支撑,保障人民生命健康的重要工具,其蕴含的专业性、科学性、实践性强。基于课程的重要性,从育人目标定位、思政元素挖掘、教学方法和手段改革等方面将高校课程思政与“食品分析与检验”课程进行融合研究,为社会及食品行业培养高素质专业型人才打下坚实的基础。Food analysis and inspection is an important professional core course for food majors,and it is also the technical support for the national food quality and safety management system,and an important tool to protect people's life and health,which is professional,scientific and practical.Based on the importance of this course,we conduct the integration study of morality cultivation with the“Food Analysis and Inspection”course from various aspects such as the orientation of education objectives,the excavation of Civics elements,and the reform of teaching methods and means.It lays a solid foundation for society and the food industry to cultivate high-quality professional talents.
