论生涯教育的价值哲学基础

摘　　要：长期以来,价值哲学基础未得到学界应有重视,生涯教育出现了思政实效不明显、教育主题不突出等问题。价值哲学基础是生涯教育理论建构与实践设计的重要前提依据,可从价值目标、价值本位和价值实现三个维度展开研究。生涯教育应以帮助个体更好地自我实现为价值目标,其内涵包括实现人的全面发展、获得幸福和自由;以现实的人为价值本位,既要肯定个体在生涯教育中的核心地位,又要肯定国家、社会和家庭在生涯教育中的重要影响;价值实现要求在观念上把生涯教育放到人生哲学范畴中去理解,在制度上依托物质载体建立终身生涯教育机制,在方法上深入挖掘、运用专业教育和通识教育中的生涯教育素材。For a long time,the philosophical foundation of value has not been given due attention by the academia,and there are some problems in career education such as the lack of obvious effectiveness of ideology and politics,and the lack of prominent educational themes,etc.Value philosophy foundation is an important premise for the theoretical construction and practical design of career education,which can be studied in three dimensions:value goal,value standard and value realization.Career education should take helping individuals'better self-realization as its value goal,the connotation of which includes the realization of comprehensive human development,happiness and freedom;and should take real people as its value standard,not only affirming individual's core position in career education,but also affirming the important influence of the state,society and family in career education.The value realization of career education demands a conceptual understanding of career education on a level of philosophical category of life,to establish a mechanism of lifelong career education relying institutionally on the material carrier and to deeply excavate and use the career education materials in professional education and general education methodologically.
